Guadalupe Cuellar turned himself in to authorities this morning.

Brownsville Police Department is looking for the whereabouts of Guadalupe Cuellar (28). Cuellar is wanted for the offense of Theft. On July 30, 2021, Cuellar intentionally took merchandise from 7384 Padre Island Highway (Amigo Pawn & Jewelry).
