Brownsville Police Detectives are looking for the whereabouts of these three subjects; Roberto Vasquez, Gabriel Garza Loera, and Paulita Martinez. All three subjects have outstanding warrants for Aggravated Kidnapping and engaging in organized criminal activity. The charges stemmed from an investigation that was filed in May 04, 2018 from the 7900 block of South Texas Palm Circle.
