ARRESTED: Burglary of Building, Theft (X4)

Officer responded to the Sunrise Mall shortly after midnight to a call of a burglary that had just occurred. Officers located Mall Security and a male subject who was later identified as Ortega on the east-side of the mall parking lot. Mall security advised that subject has gained entrance to the mall shortly after midnight and was seen taking perfumes from one of the inside businesses. Subject was placed under arrest and a local check revealed subject had several other warrants for thefts pending. Subject was charged accordingly.
