ARRESTED: Possession of Marijuana (11.4 grams)

On August 01, 2017, Narcotics Agents conducted surveillance at a residence located on the East side of Town after receiving information of possible narcotics activity. A Silver colored Chrysler Aspen was observed showing up at the target location and made a suspected purchase of narcotics. K-9 Officer conducted a traffic stop after observing a traffic violation. The vehicle was stopped at the 400 block of Morningside Rd and the driver was identified as Francisco Garcia. Garcia was interviewed and he advised the officer that he was concealing marijuana in the middle console of his vehicle. A search of Garcia's vehicle yielded a plastic sandwich bag that contained approximately 11.4 grams of Marijuana. Garcia was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Marijuana.
