On 03/01/2017, Agents with the Special Investigations Unit conducted a prostitution detail in the downtown area. During the hours of operation agents arrested two females for the offense of prostitution. The females were identified as Shirley Mendoza and Maria Guadalupe Gomez-Gutierrez. Females were arrested after they solicited and offered to engage in sexual intercourse with undercover officers in exchange for money. Both were charged with the offense of Prostitution.
