Brownsville Police Detectives are looking for Michael Osvaldo Pena (20). Pena is wanted for a Criminal Mischief and Evading Arrest case that occurred at the 600 block of Central Boulevard on September 8, 2022. Pena was driving Buick Rendezvous and struck a Police Motorcycle while the officer attempted to make contact.
