The subject has been identified as Michael Osvaldo Pena.
Brownsville Police Detectives are looking for the identity or whereabouts of this male subject. This subject is a person of interest in a Hit and Run Case that occurred at the 600 block of Central Boulevard. The subject was stopped by a motorcycle officer at the location. The subject refused to identify himself and placed his vehicle in reverse. The subject struck the marked Police Motorcycle and fled the area on W. Jefferson towards Palm Blvd. The vehicle is a 2002 black Buick Rendezvous. Officer's body camera captured photos of the subject. The vehicle registration was expired, and the suspect no longer resides at the registered address.
