Auto Theft Agents arrested Luis Enrique Avalos-Hernandez (32), Ana Isabel Hernandez (30), and Guadalupe Enrique Garcia (32) for Engaging In Organized Criminal Activity and multiple counts of Burglary Of A Motor Vehicle. The group was arrested for burglarizing several vehicles throughout this month (October).
