ARRESTED: Manufacturing and Delivery of Controlled Substance

On 9-25-2018, Narcotics Agents arrested Juan Julian Castillo at the 4100 block of Katarina Avenue, for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance (cocaine). Castillo was operating a black Ford Taurus and was stopped for traffic violations. During the interviewing, Agents noticed Castillo to be very nervous. Agents obtained consent to search the vehicle and they located a box containing a bag with a white substance that was identified as cocaine (130 grams). Agents also located an additional 23 zip loc baggies (30 grams) hidden inside a stainless steel cup. Castillo was arrested for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance (160 grams).
