ARRESTED: Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Restraint, Evading Arrest on foot

Brownsville Police have arrested Macario Rincon for the Offenses of Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Restraint and Evading Arrest. Detectives were able to identify Rincon as the subject involved Tuesday’s incident at the parking lot of the local department store on the 3500 block of Alton Gloor. Warrants were secured and Investigators along with US Marshals proceeded to last known address of Rincon, which is located on the 1000 block of Squaw Valley. Upon making the approached, the suspect evaded on foot towards the rear but Investigators were able to apprehend him close by. Suspect was arrested and transported to city jail where he was booked in accordingly. ​
