ARRESTED: Possession of Controlled substance

On 4-11-2018, Narcotics Agents arrested Roberto Garza and Jesus Serrata Jr for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Agents stopped a silver Nissan Sentra being operated by Garza. Garza was known to have a Parole Violation Warrant for his arrest. Serrata was the passenger inside the vehicle. The Officers investigation revealed that Serrata had in his possession several baggies of cocaine in the amount of 24.2 grams. Serrata provided a Statement claiming that Garza gave him the narcotics to hide once he observed he was being stopped by police. Both subjects were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Garza was also charged with the Parole Warrants (Possession of a Controlled Substance Case).
