ARRESTED: Possession of Controlled Substance (2.6 gms cocaine)

On 2-20-2018 Officers conducted a traffic stop on the 00 block of Casa de Amigos where they seized 2.6 grams of cocaine. Francisco Ibarra was operating a silver Toyota Celica with paper license plates. Officer made contact with Ibarra and observed in plain view a bottle containing several white rocks which were later identified as cocaine. The investigation revealed he had 2.6 grams of cocaine in his possession. Francisco was arrested and charged accordingly.
