ARRESTED: Poss of Marijuana, Poss of C/S (cocaine)

On 1-23-2018, Narcotics Agents conducted Investigative Operations which led to the arrest of two subjects in unrelated cases. First subject identified as Cesar Macias was stopped for a traffic violation. Upon making contact, Agents could smell marijuana inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted and Agents located 2.4 grams of marijuana. Cesar was arrested and charged accordingly.

Second case, involved the arrest of Sebastian Hernandez who was stopped by a Patrol Officer and found with 70 grams of cocaine. Agents took over the investigation of the narcotics. Sebastian threw a box containing 70 grams of cocaine out of the window when Patrol Officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop. Sebastian provided a Statement implicating himself in the possession of the cocaine. Agents charged him with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Felony).
