ARRESTED: Man/Del of a Controlled Substance (cocaine 7.1 grams)

On 09/04/2017 at approximately 8:30 P.M., Officers with the Brownsville Police Department conducted traffic on a Blue Honda Fit. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Arnulfo Leos. During the process of the investigation the driver was found to be in possession of two bags containing a white powdery substance which later field tested positive for cocaine. Leos was placed under arrest and transported to Brownsville City Jail where he was booked in for Manufacture and/or Delivery of a Substance (cocaine).
