On 08/09/2017 Narcotics Agents proceeded to the 100 block of McDavitt Boulevard to conduct a consent to search at a residence. Information had been obtained that a male subject at that location was in the business of selling illegal narcotics. Upon arrival contact was made with a female who was explained about the investigation. Consent was granted and the search was conducted. During the search Agents located and seized 9.4 lbs. of Marijuana was well as 37.6 grams of cocaine. The investigation led to the arrest of a male subject identified as Carlos Alberto Moreno. Moreno took responsibility for the possession of the drugs. Moreno was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Manufacture and/or Delivery of a Controlled Substance (cocaine).
