ARRESTED: Possession of Marijuana (91.2 lbs)

On 08/07/2017 at approximately 4:05 P.M., the Special Investigations Unit conducted an investigation which led to the arrest of a 20 year old male subject and the seizure of 91.2 lbs. of marijuana. Agents made contact at a residence on the 300 block of Midway Drive where consent to search the residence was obtained. Contact was made with an individual who was identified as Jose Pablo Arevalos. During the search, agents located several packages of marijuana; with the total combined weight of 91.2 lbs. Arevalos took responsibility for the marijuana since it was located inside his bedroom. Arevalos was booked into Brownsville City Jail for the offense of Possession of Marijuana.
