ARRESTED: Possession of controlled substance (cocaine) 2.8grams

Jesus Rodolfo Pineda Tovar (36)

On 04/20/2017 Agents with the Special Investigations Unit conducted a traffic stop on the 100 block of South Dr. on a black 2015 Nissan Rogue. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Jesus Rodolfo Pineda Tovar. Upon contact with the driver, he appeared very nervous. Further investigation by the Agent revealed that Pineda Tovar was found to be in possession of several baggies which contained a white powdery substance which tested positive for cocaine. While searching the Nissan Rogue agents located an additional baggie with cocaine on the floorboard area of the vehicle. Pineda Tovar was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (cocaine) 2.8 grams.
