Violation of Condition of Bond in a Sexual Assault

On January 4, 2017, Claudia Guerra was arrested on a warrant for Violation of conditions of Bond in a Sexual Assault case. Investigators received information that she was in contact with the victim. Guerra was arrested in September 29, 2016 on a charge of Sexual Assault. Guerra was re-arrested on the 900 block of E. Harrison and transported to city jail where she was arraigned this morning on the new charge. Judge Garcia set bond at $250,000 and for her to wear an ankle GPS monitor if she was to make bond. Case remains active.
