Possession of C/S cocaine

On 11/30/16, Special Investigation Unit K9 Officer conducted a traffic stop on a silver Chevrolet Malibu for a traffic violation. The vehicle came to a stop on the 1600 block of Ringgold St. The driver had no identification with him but identified himself as Rolando Reyes Gonzalez. Officer observed Gonzalez to be nervous and asked him for verbal consent to search his vehicle to which he agreed. While Officers were searching the vehicle, Gonzalez informed them there was crack cocaine in the middle console. Several loose pieces of crack cocaine were found in the middle console. Gonzalez was then placed under arrest and charged accordingly. Total weight of the crack cocaine was .07 grams.
