Brownsville Police Detectives have positively identified the pedestrian male involved in the auto pedestrian accident (fatality) that occurred on August 12, 2019 at approximately 1:00 a.m. at the intersection of International Blvd. and Harding St. He was identified as Mauro Manzano (59 years of age).
