Macario Rincon (47) Brownsville Police have arrested Macario Rincon for the Offenses of Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Restraint and Evading Arrest. Detectives were able to identify Rincon as the subject involved Tuesday’s incident at the parking lot of the local department store on the 3500 block of Alton Gloor.
